EBSWA calls on Care Inspectorate Scotland to withdraw Guidance

Once again a public funded body supposed to protect children has adopted ideology instead of evidence and has misstated the law on capacity and consent to medical treatment, encouraging staff to automatically affirm children's choices: but only about their sex, not any other aspect of their lives. Here is our letter calling for the Guidance to be withdrawn
